Our property features a unique lofted bedroom with a queen bed accessed via a ladder, providing a cozy and adventurous sleeping experience. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom on the first floor with another queen bed, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests.

Our open space concept connects the living room, kitchen, and lofted bedroom, creating an ideal opportunity for you to prepare meals while bonding with your loved ones. Our thoughtfully designed tiny home is aimed at uniting everyone's spirits, providing a picturesque escape that rejuvenates your soul. Nestled just outside of town, our property offers a convenient location. You can reach the University of Wyoming, grocery stores, and downtown within a quick 10-minute drive or 3 mile bike ride. For adventure seekers, Medicine Bow National Forest and Vedauwoo are just a half-hour drive away, offering a variety of outdoor activities.

*Kindly be advised that accessing the loft in our property necessitates climbing a ladder, which may pose certain risks. Therefore, it is recommended that you exercise caution and use the ladder at your own discretion.

**To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we would like to inform you that our well water is not currently potable. Therefore, we highly recommend using the complimentary bottled water we provide for drinking and cooking purposes. However, please note that the water is perfectly safe for showering and cleaning. If this accommodation does not meet your requirements or preferences, we kindly suggest that you refrain from booking our home.

Our property is home to beautiful horses, and other guests. We kindly request that you show respect towards both the horses and neighbors. This includes being mindful of the fencing surrounding the horses and being considerate of the peaceful environment we strive to maintain.

PARKING

Plenty of parking on the property. Bring your toy-haulers, AVTs, boat trailer, snowmobiles. (if bringing a big trailer please message ahead so I can provide instructions on where to park)

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for odor removal, and furniture cleaning.
